At Gulf Coast Cakes, every cake is made with love, care, and attention to detail. Because our products are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

 

We understand that your cake is a special part of your celebration, and your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We will do our best to address your concerns and make things right — whether that means a partial credit toward a future order, or another reasonable solution at our discretion.
